When you fill out our discovery call form, we collect your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to share: your phone number, business name, current website, the service you're interested in, and your message. We also receive the information you include when you email us or book a call.
2. Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site. It uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your general location, and your device and browser. Our hosting provider also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your request and schedule your call.
- To provide, manage, and bill for services you ask for.
- To understand how our site is used and improve it.
- To keep our site secure and meet our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, or when the law requires it. These include:
- Cloudflare, which hosts our site and delivers form submissions to us.
- Google, for Google Analytics, our business email, and booking through Google Calendar and Google Meet.
- Stripe or a similar payment company, if you pay us online. We don't store your full card number.
These companies handle information under their own privacy policies. When you book a call, you're using Google's booking page.
5. Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We may keep what we need for legal or business records.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including our legal, tax, and business records.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
